Mr. Chookiat Ophaswongse, president of the Thai Rice Exporters Association, and Mr. Vorapongse Pichpongsa, honorary president of the association, together with some executive board members, presented a bouquet basket to congratulate Mr. Siriphol Yodmuangcharoen, permanent secretary, on the 89th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Commerce, August 20, 2009, at the Ministry of Commerce, Nonthaburi.

         On this auspicious occasion Mr. Chookiat Ophaswongse was bestowed with The Most Admirable Order of the Direkgunabhorn decoration for the year 2008 for his outstanding contribution to the public sector. Joining to congratulate him are Ms. Nopporn Linthong, Director of Bureau of Rice Trade Administration, Department of Foreign Trade, Mr. Vorapongse Pichpongsa and Mr. Vichai Sriprasert, honorary presidents of the association, as well as other board members.
